[A THREAD] Dominas in Germany are being hunted down by Media Regulators for any posts on @twitter that are Pornographic or depict BDSM. Censorship Rules which previously applied only to our websites are now being applied to our Twitter accounts. A witch hunt against sex workers.
I& #39;ve spoken to a lawyer and friend in German social media law and gotten a bit of advice. I want to put this out there to help other Sex workers in Germany because Media Regulators are making the rounds and I know a Domina who has already been to court bc of her Twitter account.
Dommes who make video content: you may no longer tweet direct links to your videos on Clipstores like @clips4sale or @iWantClips bc even though users must agree to be 18+ when they land on those pages, they can still see video previews w/o making an account or buying the videos.
That means when you upload a new clip you cannot directly link to it on Twitter. And it means no more automated sale tweets either because they link back to the Clipstores which is not allowed. We aren& #39;t allowed to tweet direct links to clips or Clipstores at all anymore.
Any image, video or language posted to Twitter from a German entity must follow the guidelines of the Protection of Young Persons Act (Jugendschutzgesetz). That means sex workers can& #39;t post anything Pornographic and we may not post any content which explicitly depicts BDSM.
That means no more:
- Photos / videos with Slaves
- Photos / videos with explicit sexual content
- Text such as session feedback with sexual descriptions, explicit photo or video descriptions or services offered
Basically a child should be able to read my page safely

From now on the only way to promote your Femdom clips on Twitter is with a vanilla PG-13 video-still & some text, the name of the video, and ask your followers to search for the clips themselves "on all the relevant Clipstores"

You may tweet links to your Fanpage ONLY if the accompanying text is not sexually explicit. If the user clicks the link and is directed to yr Fanpage they mustn& #39;t be able to see ANY text or content until they sign up for a membership

If your Fanpage content is 100% hidden by a Paywall, requiring a credit card for membership (valid age verification) then you MAY tweet links to that Fanpage. FYI The ONLY legal way to link to your Clipstores is via your own website with proper age verification measures in place.
Again, this only applies to content creators based in Germany. We need to get creative and promote in other ways.
