Since a lot of people have been asking here's a thread of my workout routine that I barely have faith with

Determine the body part you want to fix. In my case I just happened to eat a lot and to maintain the body weight I am focusing on my torso, inner thigh and my arm.

Before jumping to my workout I do whether warm up or run for 30 min so it will be easier for the fat to burn.
I am using these three application;

MyFitnessPal: for calories tracking counter. It has almost every food I ate with the cal info.

Adidas Running: to track my running distance and how many calories I burnt

Lose Weight App for Women: the application I use for musculation.
I spent roughly 2 hours for workout in a day (back then I only spent 15mins but it gradually increased) and these are the most used plan I did.

I used to go to the gym but since corona I have no choice but to find alternative lol.
After warm up I always start with inner thigh

For you all who's lazy to download the app here's the intermediate inner thigh workout I did. It can burn approximately 160cal and has after workout calorie burn effect as well. Very nice :>
After inner thigh I went to arm workout. If you already have big arm this intermediate method is not recommended because it might turn your arm into bulky shape instead of toned. You can repeat the routine twice a week as a start.
For belly, this is quite tricky but the only thing that works beside plank is: hula hoop + skipping rope.

I always play with hula hoop when I am bored. This tool focus on your core. It can make your waist smaller (in April 2019 I was 63cm now I'm 57cm). I use one from kettler.
I never paid attention to what I eat (yes I know I am lucky) but I always tried my best to do this 4 sehat 5 sempurna shit. Most of the time if I feel like my body is showing up signs I need to fix my diet I always went for unsweetened soy milk and tofu.
I've tried starving myself but it only makes my body gain weight. My methods are drink a lot of water and eat slowly so I will get full without having to eat more. I always stick to 1,200 cal per day to maintain my weight.
