I am looking for a decent city life without high living costs.

I am currently living in California and feel like I am hustling backwards like @CJ_Johnson17th said

Some places I have considered below

Orlando, FL:

-Quiet City Life
-Tourist place so my friends and family will always be down to visit
-Very Cheap Housing

Austin, TX:

-Growing city with a ton to do
-Good food
-Diverse Culture
-Lots of new jobs showing up and income level is fair
-Still very affordable compared to other cities especially with what the city offers

Portland, OR:

-Climate is better in my perspective than the other cities mentioned
-Very chill environment when I visited
-No sales tax
-Very Outdoorsy area/Green City
-Quiet/Simple City life
