How Jimin’s hardwork is getting wasted and neglected by his own company

FYl, I am not here to cry about some concert screetime or bcz he didn’t get the ice cream he liked.This are REAL issues so don’t comment before reading and understanding without getting defensive.

Artists get credit for their involvement no matter how big or small. We have seen western artists getting credits for literally one “oh my my my” line but We didn’t know some of jimin’s involvements because his company never credited him.

Blood sweat and tears: Jimin wrote the melody for BST, we got to know only because Jin mentioned it and praised him for being good at making melodies. He never got credited nor for it.

WIOM: Vocalists get credit for back ground vocals. Just check ANY credit page and you ll see members mentioned in BGV even on solo tracks because EVERY kind of input matters and deserves acknowledgement.

Jimin never got credit for giving bgv for WIOM. They treated him like a ghost and most “army” still refuse to believe his involvement on that track.

Promise: It was Jimin’s first solo song outside the album and he broke Drek’s record of the most streamed song in first 24 hrs. Bighit never acknowledged it. and when people asked the various radio stations and interviewers to ask jimin

how he feels about breaking such a big record. Their reply? “We are only allowed to ask company approved questions.” Till date they are pretending like it was just another song on SC.

4. Dream Glow: Bighit did not credit Jin and Jimin for their background vocals. You don’t even have to be an expert for this. You can literally hear them both in the song and yet Zero credits.

Stay Gold: He got 9 second of screen time (solo shots) and total 11secs in 4 minutes long song, which is quite an achievement compared to ON MV and other old MVs where he got 13-14 secs max. We never complained because

we are always first one to say “Jimin doesn’t need more screen time to shine” “more lines, screen time =\\= impact” but We can no longer tolerate this treatment. He was barely in the MV.

and oh! once again he didn’t get credited for additional and background vocals for Stay Gold

Filter: in the beginning of the comeback when filter did well WW and even topped ON in few countries, suddenly it was removed from Apple music and has no play in shazam and the wrong youtube video was linked.

We had to trend #\\whereisfilter and mass e-mailing to Bighit and apple music, and the replay we got? “it’s been removed by the content provider”.....!!Anyways, after constant attempts we got the track back.

Did it ever occurred to you why bighit chose that question for Jimin? Why they asked him to chose between Filter and ON? He was taken aback,there’s nothing cute about it. He handled it professionally. Dothink he could’ve answered his solo song is better thn an ot7 song? huh!

People who worked with Jimin aren’t allowed to post anything about it in Instagram. DocsKim (IG)who worked on Lie with Jimin shared this after BH told him he isn’t allowed to post any behind the scenes

Many times this year his naver articles that charted on no.1 got deleted and reposted as an OT7 article. Why would a writer whose article is charting on #1 with thousands likes delete and re-post it??

We want solo projects because he genuinely gets so many offers from brands and artists ww.

14. Jimin is the ONLY idol who’s been getting number one place for 1.5 years on BR and topped Gallup twice. If you don’t understand the importance of BR and Gallup it’s up to you. But Korea acknowledged and respect this data.

. It shows his popularity and Demand in the industry and we as a fan want his company to acknowledge and use his potential. They are wasting away his prime and that’s not fair

There are many singers who mentioned to work with, Mask singer USA wants him, Only Korean male who made it on BOF500 and just...so much happened in past few years and yet all we have is one song on soundcloud and collab they don’t wanna talk about.

We are not asking him to leave BTS. No, He can have solo career while being an active member of the group like EVERY other K pop group! Only BigHit has VL exclusive ot7 policy! look at literally any company and how they take their artist’s achievements and popularity.

We are not asking too much.
We are asking because he deserves.

2018 at MMA, he performed traditional Korean fan dance and got awarded with a plaque from Kim Baek Bong Korean Fan Dance Conservation Society. Jimin tweeted about this but till date fandom refuse to acknowledge his solo award bcz BH never mentioned nor showed BTSecen footage.

Saint Laurent ( @YSL) contacted Jimin's fansite to ask permission to use his picture since they are not allowed to work directly with Jimin due to ot7 policies.

In 2018 Jimin got d€ath threats which btw made it to KBS News Time. Instead of releasing a statement like they do for dating scandals BigHit allowed a reporter to ask him about it directly. How is that ok??

Same happened during whole Japan contr0versy. We understand that because it was a sensitive matter and he was basically became a scapegoat for political parties it was hard to comment on it. BH released a statement but it was too late. JM addressed it in Japan b4 BH did.

They canceled a blood donation camp which was organised by his K army as his birthday project.Why? They were giving unofficial merch to the participants! They are quick to respond if it’s about dating scandals or merch monday but for real issues and concerns? Rarely!

it’s not a news that BigHit often use Jimin’s issues as emotional porn and most of the times use them to create their own VERY misleading narratives.

BTS WORLD GAME: This game was released on 26th June, 2019. In this game they talked about JM’s struggle with diet, overworking himself, collapsing without any trigger warning. They literally used his personal issues for entertainment. After mass emailing they removed it.

Burn The Stage: This movie pushed “Insecure” narrative even more. Portraying him like some low self esteemed singer who needs praise to survive. This movie is the reason why people still calls him insecure and weak.

and please don’t say “they knew they are getting filmed, they were okay with it” No. Jimin clearly said he was embarrassed after watching this movie and had no idea they would use those vulnerable moments for our entertainment. He never wanted us to see that side so now he hides

Jimin came up with that iconic Cap part from We are bulletproof. Most people don’t know this because well, it was mentioned years ago and Jimin is too humble to take credits. I am mentioning all little things because they all matters. His contribution matters.
