Some folks are having mental breakdowns right here on this app & we all need to be aware--of our own mental health & that of friends, family, acquaintances. This is and has been a very rough time for millions and will be for who knows how long. We really must practice #selfcare.
Be sure to do mental wellness checks on yourself and those close to you. Be sure that you are getting enough sleep, that you are hydrated and eating properly. Within the confines of ability and virus, get some exercise. Take breaks from news. Avoid toxic people. Breathe deeply.
These are small things we can do to take care of ourselves and others. Maintaining some level of balance is critical. Enough of us have died already. Let's try and get through this together and survive it. 💜🌿
