Over the next few weeks , we really pushed sales and I befriended some of the agents. We then formed a company called Therapeutic Touch relocated to a different area. For capital , we used savings from the commissions which we had earned.
Two of us contributed capital whilst the 3rd co founder brought his selling skills.
We realised that we had little capital and could not buy our stocks in bulk . The solution for us was simple , we bought fast moving products in that case handheld massage machines and hollow fibre http://pillows.At  the end of each week , we reordered stock.
Whilst the financial side of things was working well, tensions among the co founders arose. Who was responsible for what? Who had the most sales? Who was 'pulling ' more weight . Where did we want to take the company?
Relationships became strained, I took what I could in $$ exited the company and came back to the motherland.
I have done a lot of tweeting , let me pause here and let's discuss on my experience above ..what key takeaways are there on capital and cofounder relationships..what has been your experience ?
