BTS as different types of fae! : a thread

JIMIN/LADY OF THE LAKE: jimin is lady of the lake! lady of the lake is an enchantress, healer, queen, and goddess! she’s a very important character in the stories of king arthur! she raised lancelot and gave arthur a magical sword! i think jimin is lady of the lake +

because he has a very enchanting and healing energy and he always goes out of his way to help whoever he needs to. lady of the lake is also described as a fairy godmother type who is also very sweet!

TAEHYUNG/BROWNIES: tae is a brownie!! also known as house brownies or little man. these fairies have affiliated themselves with humans and human families! they are also associated with elements of the earth :) they are traditionally friendly and very helpful! +

they pick a nice house and a caring family and help the women with chores! seeing as they are associated with elements of the earth i think this is tae all the way, he also goes out of his way to help whenever he can and he would most definitely help the women with chores!

HOSEOK/DEVAS: hobi would be apart of devas! these fairies originated in Persia and Greece! they’re small fairies that appear as small orbs of light that live in nature and are one with mother nature!! they are said to live in the woods and in conjunction with the +

nature vibrations around them! these fairies are also a transmitting source that helps connect energy patterns of all things in all dimensions! now, i think hobi is a deva fairy because seeing as their describes as orbs of light and hobi is often called sunshine +

it’s just fitting. also, i do think hobi brings a lot of happiness to the group and brings them all together, he completes them! and these fairies connect energy patterns of all things which is very similar to hobi :)

NAMJOON/IRISH WATER GUARDIANS: namjoon is a irish water guardian! these types of fairies originate in the Isle of Man. water guardian fairies have a small stature and are very sacred to the Sea God Manann! they’re reported to be surrounded by a greenish blue light +

they also guard the Irish seas and float in broken eggshells or surf on Irish seashells during storms! they are very active during sea storms and have a big love for dolphins and sea life in general! i think this fits joonie because i see him to be a love of nature +

but i think he has an even bigger love for the sea and it’s creatures! he is the type to protect what he cares about and his love for crabs is as big as these fairies love for dolphins ^o^

YOONGI/PIXIE: yoon is a pixie! these fairies frequently take the form of hedgehogs :D they’re naughty fairies who love playing practical jokes on humanity and other fay folk! they love to steal horses to ride and live in flower gardens and they’re attracted to all kinds of +

flowers!! i think yoongi is a pixie because he loves to joke around with the other members! he’s very sweet but also super playful, especially when it comes to his silly banter with jimin! yoongi also seems to appreciate nice scents and i could vividly see him +

in a flower garden smelling flowers ☆

JIN/WILL O’ THE WISP: jinnie is a will o’ the wisp!! these fairies dance across the lakes and bodies of water at night! they are the most enigmatic of the fairy folk (mysterious) they lead people toward a destination and tend to move them along when they halt +

or stop in their tracks. these fairies are also tricksters! and they find delight in leading travelers into places like marshes or bogs. but they will also lead you to fortune or fate! i think jinnie is a will o’ the wisp because he is very sweet but mysterious +

and he’ll help you and guide you if you need it! but he does also love to play tricks :) i also think he gives off a very bright aura just like the will o’ the wisps who are reported to look like flickering candles

JUNGKOOK/ROSE GOBLINS: kook is a rose goblin! they are flower fae that look like cat shaped rose bushes!! only some have magic ability but all of them are as intelligent and flighty as a real cat and they’re not much of a threat! they cannot talk so they communicate +

by rattling their thorns and producing whining vocalisations!! they often smell of peat moss and roses ^o^ they are used for carrying messages and have minor teleportation skills! it’s also necessary to follow them while on an errand to ensure their return +

jungkook is a rose goblin because i think he’s a very friendly giant, rose goblins aren’t a threat and their also super helpful! but they do get a little distracted sometimes :D i think jungkook would definitely help his hyungs in any way he can and! rose goblins +

also smell very good and jungkook has a thing for good smells hence his sensitive nose :)
