5/
Five: Your woman is going to screech regardless of what you do. It's better to be ahead of the curve and take control of her emotional roller coaster rather than let her emotional roller coaster control you. Create drama for the sake of it. Then, laugh it off after.

6/
Six: Becoming emotionally flustered because of her screeching is really unattractive to her. It displays your weakness and that's what makes it unattractive. Never do this.

7/
Seven: On that note, dump the idea that general emotional vulnerability with her is an attractive thing. The only case where she will think your vulnerability is attractive is when she thinks you're strong. In her mind, she thinks: "He's only vulnerable with ME."

8/ Yes, it's really about her. And, no. Strength does not mean beating her up or shouting at her.
Eight: Kids change everything. And yet, they don't. It becomes harder, but the principles are the same.

9/
Nine: The health of the bedroom is reflective of the general health of the marriage. Ignore this at your own peril.
Ten: Always *behave* as though you have more options besides her. But *never* say this out loud. The first keeps her in check.

10/ The second exposes you as weak.
Eleven: Lift weights. You will just have to take my word on this one.
Twelve: Don't be a loser. Be suave and charming.
BONUS: She doesn't want you to solver her problems. So don't.
