So I wanna talk about Jungkook in the Vogue Japan cut. I watch a fair bit of fashion modeling, & I& #39;ve noted in several threads about JK& #39;s movements & eye contact. He never forgets. Look at him here, always turning, always moving for for the camera to catch different angles-
If you think high end fashion modeling is sitting still and turning when the photographer tells you to, that& #39;s amateur hour. Let the undisputed queen of posing, Coco Rocha, show you a few things. Watch how she& #39;s constantly in motion, just a perceptible stop for the camera click.
Jungkook& #39;s has the raw feel of someone who understands. Even when his body stops moving, his gaze from point A to B is surprisingly different. Look below, 2 expressions seconds apart. If i were snapping pics, this would count as 2 separate photos, and he& #39;s not even posing here.
Second point, Jungkook doesn& #39;t do "dead eyes" EVER. This is a black hole even the most seasoned can fall into. It& #39;s letting your face rest like a dead fish, forgetting to add "expression" + relying on good looks. But JK always seem on the verge of telling you something.
It& #39;s something Jungkook makes sure of in his fierce performances, and he& #39;s no doubt transferring that skill into photo-shoots. But you& #39;d be surprised at how many actors / musicians start to freeze up in photo-shoots and completely forget they have charisma! @BTS_twt
This is another thread I made addressing Jungkook& #39;s understanding in body movement in MV& #39;s. It& #39;s on a similar vein to what I& #39;ve described above. His understanding of his relationship to the camera is really impressive. @BTS_twt https://twitter.com/coffee_n_muse/status/1239275860835827716?s=20">https://twitter.com/coffee_n_...
