a short thread on bi/pan gay men and gay history

I know I said I wouldn't get back to this discourse but the gay man that made this thread was getting so harassed he locked his account and asked me to post this. so.

and as a gay man this is important to me not only because, yeah, of COURSE bi and pan men can use gay it's a fucking umbrella term for more than even mlm... But also ... This idea lesbian discourse needs to be reflected in us gay men fucking sucks. Our communities are DIFFERENT

a lot of people disconnected from the gay community at large are taking from the bi lesbian discourse and trying to shove it on us as if our communities perfectly reflect each other and that's really bad? don't drag us into this shit when we didn't have a separatist movement
