In your concern for the “marginalised,” you have marginalised all of us. While you sit on your high throne of moral superiority, patronising us w/your lectures about “racial injustice,” your employees (including myself) have spent hours ->

mopping vomit off the floor for the elderly, irrespective of their so-called race, preparing for weeks to join forces w/county nutrition programs so that destitute elderly clients would be fed, working hours into the night to proofread grant applications to get more food for ->

our emergency food pantries, trying to stretch those $ to feed just 1 more large Kenyan family, while moving literal tons of food by hand in rain & snow for the workhouse wage of $10.25/hr.

While you pontificate about love & acceptance your unconscious bias against your own ->

employees puts hundreds in harm’s way. On the frontlines they, not you, deal w/the fallout of our broken & amoral society, w/severe mental illness, w/inmates, w/elderly being neglected, children abused & targeted by domestic violence, w/ women struggling to recover from severe ->

domestic abuse, all while under fire from you, your administrators & clients, w/o healthcare, w/the daily threat of violence, physical assaults, & sometimes even attacked or, God forbid, murdered, simply for having done their best in an awful situation & gone back to home. ->

There is NO ONE on this earth, who would go to work every day, & even out in hours on their days off, day in & day out, under threat of physical or sexual assault for less $ than the average McDonalds employee at $10.25/hr w/o any option for health insurance (oh yes, your oh ->

so generous plan of $7,000/yr premium (before deductible) is beyond the salary of most of your employees) unless,
UNLESS, do you hear me? THEY LOVED, TRULY LOVED THEIR CLIENTS. There are no Catholic Charities employees (outside administrators) who are in it for the money. They ->

get paid workhouse wages to do their jobs. The only reason any sane person would make such an enormous self-sacrifice would be an overwhelming abundance of compassion for their fellow human beings, w/their souls made in the Image & Likeness of Almighty God.
If you truly want ->

to end the violence perpetrated against the black community STOP closing the only remaining homes for destitute mothers that keep their (largely black) children safe from the sad reality of the abortion genocide. STOP closing the only subsidised elder care programs in poor ->

communities. STOP closing the only programs that help grandparents legally adopt & parent their grandchildren when homes break down. STOP refusing to listen to your employees, treating them like workhouse wage slaves, bc they actually live w/the poor (as you have made them ->

poverty stricken themselves,) & they actually have good ideas & plans to help those in their communities. STOP pretending you can reverse racism & the damage done against the marginalised while continuing to accept funds from the world’s greatest usurers, such as Bezos. Go out ->
