Some ppl’s only source of income are from the segundas and they don’t wanna argue on prices so they take whatever they’re offered unfortunately. This is anti-poor and capitalistic to do to the more vulnerable populations so congrats, you’re a piece of shit if you do this.
And yes, it is a racial issue bc as soon as white folks find out about these places, they’ll do what they’re already been doing with thrift stores and hike up the prices that will further put poor/low-income ppl at a disadvantage. This is part of gentrification.
It’s not entrepreneurship. It’s not a hustle. It’s being selfish, greedy, inconsiderate, and individualistic. You ain’t gonna be a purse one day and when you realize that, we’ll come together collectivity to dismantle capitalism.
