I live about 240 miles northwest of Houston & I’m currently playing the “is this COVID or is this severe allergies” game, sans health insurance. If I’m really lucky my brain will throw in a full blown panic attack sometime in the next several hours.

Fuck.

I’m not so much concerned about my personal health risks from COVID, though I don’t dismiss them entirely either, but I live with & care for my elderly mother & she absolutely would not survive if I brought that shit home. That’s what I’m most worried about.

I’d forgotten about the dust cloud being directly over us & since I still don’t have a fever I’m cautiously optimistic it’s just severe allergies. I’m still isolating apart from the rest of the house & ordered a pulse oximeter just in case!
