tonight is taking me me back to a time when i loved someone who didn't deserve it w a trust so pure & i'm celebrating that. like i really believed in that shithead lmao even tho i knew he was not on my level & u know what? good for me. generosity is something my culture does well

i'm proud of the chances i gave people bc they represent a fundamental faith in humanity on my part & i love that about myself. i was wrong but i'm not sorry. they turned out to suck? ok that's on them. i'll still keep trying & believing & hoping & loving myself & my community
