you have a really big heart. you love with it a lot, and i can tell that just by the way you treat me and many of your fans. i would like to share with you the idea that: accountability is love. accountability is care. always, but especially right now.

over the past few weeks, all activity on your page has inevitably been contextualized by *the tweets*. i’ve seen what you choose to acknowledge and what you choose to avoid. i can’t lie, that’s been super frustrating. but the world keeps turning, the movement keeps growing.

whatever amount of stress, whatever amount of anxiety you’re experiencing, i understand it. and i also understand taking a social media break. when logging on here becomes logging into something toxic, difficult or draining, taking time away to keep mentally healthy is important.

@pagetpaget but i need you to know that you cannot simply erase the things you said with a hiatus and a sugary return. too much has happened since then, too much information has been supplied, for them to still be hanging there, unamended and unaddressed.

@pagetpaget if you can find it in your heart, please make space for accountability. make space to address *the tweets* with those of us that are only able to meet you here, virtually. make space to face what’s difficult with us.
