I saw a tweet earlier about the work load for parents vs non-parents, and both sides arguing who should work harder etc, and you’re both missing the point.
If anyone ‘has’ to cover anyone, then something is seriously wrong with the workload to begin with.

There are HUGE issues, in game particularly, with production time, and staff shortages. That’s the issue.

Proposal to change game dev office hours to school opening hours to promote better mental health, healthier relationships, and healthier staff.
