This letter tweeted by Mr. Jog seems to imply that anything that is not explicitly prohibited is allowed in Maharashtra. The said GR clearly lays out the activities permitted in MMR under clause 5 (essential activities) and clause 6 (list of activities). Domestic help and drivers are not mentioned anywhere. Does that mean that they are essential activities? If so, allow them to use local trains 2/n

If not, please give clarification. This letter by the Dept. of Cooperation seems to directly contradict the Mission Unlock Again GR by the Dept. of Revenue and Forests, Disaster Managements, Relief and Rehabilitation. Too much confusion 3/3 @CMOMaharashtra @AUThackeray @MahaDGIPR
