Despite talk of a trade for Jamal Adams, there should be focus in 2020 on Tarvarius Moore, whose play will be key with Jaquiski Tartt a free agent in 2021

He played CB in 2018 & excelled vs Seattle, staying disciplined vs this lateral & making the play [via @nicholasmcgee24]
As the Seahawks attempted to drive to win the game, Moore made back-to-back pass breakups against David Moore, winning the fight for the football on both plays
If the sees more snaps in 2020, Moore could be frequently used in the slot and he'll have to do better against receivers who have the quickness of Anthony Miller
Not much wrong with Moore's coverage against Allen Robinson here but gets worked by the veteran at the catch point
Really nice perseverance from Moore. Bites on the fake to the left from Robinson but shows excellent recovery speed to force a fumble that gave the Niners the ball down one score
Moving into 2019. Moore down in the box on this run stop, gets downhill really quickly but then decelerates and makes a strong tackle
Lined up as the deep safety on this play, demonstrates excellent closing speed, O.J. Howard only had Richard Sherman to beat if Moore doesn't make a powerful TD-saving tackle
Fourth-down stop in the red zone that saved a TD but should have been a pick the other way. Reads Winston all the way and gets a great break on the ball but can't hang on to it
Shows off his closing speed again versus Cincinnati, gears down, forces Giovani Bernard to flatten to the sideline and makes a superb tackle to prevent him from getting the first down
Diagnoses the screen quickly, but doesn't decelerate as he gets to Juju and his angle is poor as a result
Big play against the Saints on a trick play. Moore knew the rules, Sean Payton didn't. Gets very physical with Tre'Quan Smith but there's no PI on fake punts
On to the Super Bowl - I know it's painful. Tremendous break on the ball from Moore from a two-deep look on third down to hold the Chiefs to a field goal
The play we thought had sealed it, transitions quickly from his backpedal and gets downhill, demonstrates excellent awareness to react to the tipped ball and haul in the interception
Moore was at fault, though, as the Chiefs began their comeback. Panics on third and 10 as Kelce jab steps to the right and breaks out and up and tries to get his hands on him. Always playing catch up from there but might not have drawn the flag had he got his head turned
Hard to end on a negative but it illustrates where Moore needs work. He has excellent athletic ability and awareness but needs to get better when tasked with man coverage against slot receivers and tight ends
Moore has the promise to play in a scheme that sees the safeties swap between the deep middle and the box regularly. If he can harness that in 2020, it could make things a lot easier for the 49ers next offseason
