Yes, there are times when others will game the system by paying their way in and using all available options to rig numbers and charting...because THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT.

Yes, it is possible to rig the system, because, again, THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT. It always has been, and probably always will be.
