Surprise, surprise, white nationalist is thrilled about this hyper focus on race and whiteness

One of the reasons I’ve been worried about the current state of racial politics is the potential that it will drive aggrieved white people to the far right. Seems like an obvious problem but I rarely see people talking about it.

Robin DiAngelo: White people are born racist.

White nationalists: Exactly!

Actually, I’m not a white surpremacist but I suppose if you want to identify that way, go for it.

Wait, am I the white supremacist here or is the actual white supremacist the white supremacist? Confusing!

What, exactly, makes me terrible, again? Is that I don't think the Robin DiAngelo approach to addressing racism is effective or did you find out about the puppies chained up in my basement?
