The account was originally set up by 'Loki''s partner, a woman in a public service role who thanks to her worse half's cowardice now gets blamed for running it. Here is the account in 2017 where it is clearly her using it.

Here it is in 2019 with Loki now referring to the original user.

At which point his partner got her own account again or he set one up ready to hide behind again.

Loki's other trick has been to find photos of otherwise anonymous impure 'centrists' and post them here (and also threatening to reveal telephone numbers). While making cursory attempts to cover their faces. Similar to this.
