I think this is really nice use of Google Slides. Dump a bunch of coloured shapes in then get everyone in your meeting to drag green, amber or red ones to say how confident they are in a particular area (or not). It's anonymous as no-one can see who is dragging which circle (as far as I can tell) though I suppose people could be affected by seeing what others are doing of course. Might not suit everything but ideal for a friendly bunch of teachers extending their skills :)
