Ordered a laptop from @Costco online for the first time. Worried I made a mistake. Paid for expedited shipping but its been in "order received" status for days. Was supposed to arrive today. At least refund 1-2 day shipping costs if that's impossible. Jeez.
I love the warehouses. I'm an executive member and credit card holder with them. Spend a ton of money there with zero complaint! Just tried something new with http://Costco.com  and its not quite up to par with their local stores.
I just called customer support for @Costo, wait time is 74 minutes in queue, LOL. I keep learning these lessons the hard way. There's a reason Jeff Bezos makes money in every economic trend. Just get orders out the door...
Oh well, still love ya, @Costco. I'll be there again this weekend buying meat in bulk! But I don't think I'll order big ticket off the website again. Amazon will get that $$$.
Still no updates from @Costco. Shopped at the warehouse this weekend. Hoped I'd see the laptop so I could cancel my online order, but they didn't have it. Why are there only a handful of competent online retailers? Is it that hard?
This thread is to convince my future self to not buy a big ticket item from @Costco online ever again. The order updated to a shipping label 2 days ago, UPS still doesn't have it. Did http://Costco.com  fulfillment fall into the ocean and I'm not aware?
Wife needs a new car...not there for sure. Our next big purchase was going to be a big, pricey generator. I'll look elsewhere. I thought when I upgraded to Executive member and got the credit card I was set! End rant...for now. Later, @Costco.
