Oh, and they forgot to mention the *pandemic.* Victory is fewer ppl tested, more ppl denied for a COVID pre-ex, less CDC funding.
DOJ doubling down on repeal by judicial fiat is the definition of a Pyrrhic victory. A dangerous game.
