We need to talk to you about the NHS test and trace system, but in a way that's engaging and interesting to everyone (especially younger people).

It took several brainstorming sessions, but we finally nailed it.

Everyone, meet your new best friend, Justin Case.
How do we explain Justin?

He’s hip, he’s happening, he appeals to both the business community AND youth culture.

I mean, he wears his cap BACKWARDS! How whacky and cool can you get?
Justin’s ‘creps’ are always ‘on fleek’, and his tik-tok game is very 'with-it' indeed

(He is also diligently prepared in the eventuality that he’s contacted through the NHS test and trace system.)
Now that you love Justin Case as much as we do, let’s all engage, retweet and like the following tweets where he explains how YOU need to be prepared!
First off, if you’re called by the NHS test and trace team, you may be told that you have to self-isolate for 14 days, starting immediately.

This is if someone you’ve been in contact with has tested positive for #coronavirus .
Yes, that’s right Justin, that DOES mean there won’t be any time for one last round of ‘hoops’ with your ‘squad’.
Everyone should make a plan for what you’ll do if you get that call – have you got enough food in the house for two weeks? Do you do shopping for anyone else? Start thinking about these things now.
On that note, it would be a good idea to have a chat with your boss about how this would affect your work. Can you work from home? What will the arrangements be?

Just ask Justin – nothing is cooler than doing some employment admin.
If you’re a cool kid like Justin, you’re normally too busy watching the latest YouTube trend to answer phone calls. Radical!

Well, this will need to change – save the NHS test and trace number in your phone and ANSWER if they call.

It’s 0300 013 5000.
Finally, make sure you know that NO-ONE from NHS test and trace will EVER ask for any bank details, you’ll never have to set up a PIN or give any social media details.
Thanks for listening to our new friend Justin Case.

It’s time for him to return to the deep recess of our imagination that he sprouted from – see you soon, you cool customer!
