If I make a character that's supposed to be reminiscent of a trans woman and decide to give her a deep voice, or give a trans man character a high voice, that character is going to be universally misgendered by characters in the game.

So the only way to make characters that present as not-cis in this game is to select the "correct" voice for the gender and then make the body masculinized or feminized, forcing you to adopt a transphobic view of what trans people actually look like.

And you literally can't make a nonbinary character at all.
