This is truly plagarism. It is not acceptable legally or academically, to copy whole sections of work without reference.

Noone likes to hear this, but I think @paintedfrog made a factual assessment of the problems with this thesis in terms of plagarism.

If he has screenshotted the works correctedly and hasn't altered it, it is evidence. The accusation would be plagiarism, but the evidence clearly shows plagiarism if it's real evidence. If real, there's nothing to debate it's just uncited work copied from other papers.
