Help me understand how no one is available to attend to me. I had to end the call @IkejaElectric @ieServe @fccpcnigeria @m_customerfirst
I ended it after 5 minutes.

I wonder how many minutes before they will respond despite not having anyone on the queue.
From being number 0 on the queue (same response I got again when I called back) I am now number 3 and will have to wait for 363 (hours, minutes or seconds not stated).

All their agents re still busy. I wonder if they have an agreement with telecoms providers to waste our money
Here is the number they asked us to call. Check out the number of minutes i used. The advert of their MAP was for about 22mins before it started ringing and "nearest" agent could only pick at 26mins.

The calls are NOT toll free!!! This is very unfair on consumers!!!
