@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I have been cheated by you guys. I ordered SPkare and received Dikang (Chinese) brand. Now the agent is refusing exchange as the invoice and non working product don& #39;t match.
@_Kalyan_K Request your intervention. I am not at all happy with the resolution provided by the customer support who want me to reinitiate return after 48hrs. Customers can& #39;t be made to run like this by @Flipkart @flipkartsupport
@rajneeeshkumar @_Kalyan_K was promised a call by the @flipkartsupport escalation team which was never received. Nothing short of a fraud. Delivered Chinese products never ordered instead of the brand ordered
