Benda running ni macam matematik la.
Bila baru start, kita kira 123, lepas tu baru belajar + -
Dah paham concept + -, kita upgrade x Ă· pulak and lepas tu more advance.

Bila dah sedap jogging, boleh la upgrade jogging jauh sikit, selit2 lari and speed.

But make sure increase tu in moderation, jgn la biasa jog 2 to 3km, tiba2 weekend p bantai run 10km. Mmg sakit lepas tu.

Ada yg kata increase 10% per week, to avoid injury.
Lepas tu, cari la gebg. Geng ni boleh membantu bagi semangat, takde la boring.

Bukan geng yg jenis meracun, tapi dia sendiri tak buat.

Korang cari la group2 yg senang utk korang. Belajar from each other
Paling penting, ni mmg aku rasa sangat penting.

Progress takes time!

Jgn sebab tgk kawan2 buat fm, kau baru run pun gatal nak buat.

Lepas tu jgn la nak improve cepat sgt, nanti senang injured.

Training mmg ambil masa. Yg express ni kebanyakan terdedah dgn injury.
Aku run 1st FM 6 jam, ambil masa nak dekat 4 tahun nak dapat sub4.

Dari sub 4, ambil masa 2 tahun nak dpt PB 3.13.

Unless kita jenis kerja lari je, boleh la improve cepat. Ingat, kita ni semua ada kerja, family etc.

So jgn risau kalau lari setahun dua tapi tak improve byk.
Since org kata running sukan mahal, actually kalau just nak run takde la mahal.

Cuma kita sekarang zaman teknologi, kasut nak latest, nampak sale borong (termasuk aku 😂)

Kalau setakat nak bersukan, sepasang dua dah cukup.
Kalau korang ada rezeki lebih, spend sikit beli jam gps.

Aku rasa aku start serius bila ada jam.

1. Boleh track lari kita, ada data utk tgk improvement.
2. Macam diary. So senang nak track progress.
3. Takyah bawak phone lari. Focus on running.
Byk yg baru start run tanya, ok ke pace ni, ok ke distance ni. Tak payah pikir sgt.

Kuat kan physical dulu.

Aku dulu awal2 nak pusing taman aku 2km macam nak mati, taktau pace apa pun.

Nanti hilang excitement lari tu kalau nak pikir macam2.

Aku lari SCKLM 2014 tanpa jam ye.
Ok now kalau korang dah ready nak take it to the next level boleh la belajar benda2 penting dlm larian.
