Hello @Corie_Barry @FrankCrowson I have been having one of the worst #customerservice experiences in years with @BestBuy @GeekSquad @BestBuySupport

The local store doesn't answer the phone, Geek Squad support kept giving me a run around having to call back multiple times. https://twitter.com/robertwilliger/status/1276217602273153027
I have tried contacting your support via Twitter direct message along with tweeting @BestBuySupport with no response.

Then today, I am told after 2 1/2 weeks that my laptop isn't covered by @GeekSquad protection.
I purchased the laptop and protection plan at the exact same time so if it isn't linked to that laptop that is an error on @BestBuy

I have been patient but this is the poorest #customerservice I have had in some time.

Please have someone contact me about this. Thank you.
