it breaks my heart of more girls coming forward to me about the same man who raped me. and fuck everyone who thinks it’s too “late” to say something. i reported that shit. i won. i got my justice. after two fucking years. wears an ankle monitor, on probation,
has community service hours to do and currently have a restraining order on him. i have to worry about renewing that one as well. let’s keep working together to correct his disgusting reputation.
it’s fucking stupid svpd did not know where to place his ass in either juvenile hall or adult prison. regardless, he confessed to the crime and isn’t even behind bars. it’s such a slap on the wrist punishment.

and here’s the victim impact statement i read aloud to the court in front of that asshole. i was finally heard. i was listened to. all the fifteen minutes just for me. to share my story.
see that $5,000 at the bottom? yeah that’s some of the restitution i got back . money restored from all the therapy i’ve been doing, health issues, rape kit, etc. this shit is real

update: i’ve heard from 5+ girls come forward about brandon lee AGAIN. the dates show that he’s been raping DURING HIS INVESTIGATION and after. all when he was a minor and now an adult. we need to come together and get him behind bars
