This is a thread on how your fav @enhlembali is using young fashion designers & claiming their work as hers. This woman is no fashion designer, she cant spell Bernina or Brother, let alone Singer. That Essie Apparel nton nton is a scam.

Mandisa, a poor yet talented designer from the Eastern Cape who came to Jozi to follow her passion of clothes making was introduced to Mbali by an acquaintance. Mbali wanted 4 different cuts of dresses (Each cut would consists of 10 different makes). This was in 2016.....
So your highness Mbali wanted to pay poor Mandisa R100 for each dress. The whole clippa ya go se reke le bupi to create a dress from scratch. So the poor girl was excited thinking that even if its R100, Mbali will credit her as the designer & so she continued with work.
So Mandisa was super excited & continued with work knowing that she is dealing with a celebrity & thinking this will presumably bring her more celebrity clients, kganthe ne your highness Mbali had other ideas. She started being hostile and rushing Mandisa to finish the job....
Being an agile business woman that she is, Mandisa got her two designer friends to help her finish Mbali's order. They delivered the first order on time. Then one day Mandisa's friend saw Mbali on TV claiming that she designed the same dress that Mandisa did for her.
Mandisa was distraught, thinking that she made 10 dresses for clippa each and Mbali goes on a public platform & proudly say "I designed this". But she didn't trip, she continued to work on the second order because there was no contract that said Mbali must credit her.
Remember the order was huge, Mandisa was cross-nighting. Who wouldn't when you are making dresses for a beautiful woman who is gonna wear your clothes on TV. Jikijiki Mbali started hurrying Mandisa & being hostile. The first order she picked it up, they met at Engen garage.
After many sleepless nights & hostility from Mbali, Mandisa managed to finish the whole order. She asked Mbali to make the payment so that she can get the rest of her order. Remember this is R100 per dress, meaning it was R100 x 30, excluding the first order which was paid.
After hearing "Payment" Mbali accelerated the hostility. Mandisa tried to stand her ground & said she wont release the clothes without the money, or should I say peanuts. Then Mbali threatened Mandisa with cops. Being a sweet & scared girl that she is, she gave her the clothes.
Mbali didnt even bother to come pick them up herself this time like she did the initial order, she sent her PA. She didnt even bother to give her PA the money to give to Mandisa. Mandisa asked when will she get the rest of her money, and Mbali told her to "bel die polisie"
.

Poor Mandisa just gave up and continued with her business of designing beautiful quality clothes for her very appreciative & grateful clientele that doesnt include cruel celebrities like Mbali. Mandisa never received the rest of her money from Mbali. This was in 2016.
I am sure you are wondering how i came across this information? Mandisa designed me an immaculate curtain for my living room
. She didnt even ask me to pay anything upfront or deposit, but because i respect small businesses, i paid her full balance upfront. #PayDesigners
