The first mention I found (could be more) of Coach Hellickson and Jim Jordan. Complaints were taken to them, they said to ignore it.

2nd time they were mentioned. Coach Hellickson and Jim Jordan also witnessed the voyeurism. That is...older men standing in the showers watching the wrestlers shower and stroking themselves.

Wrestlers expressed anger at this “watching by older men”. Hellickson and Jordan told the wrestlers that if “they did anything to act out that they would find themselves in trouble with the school”.
They failed to protect their students. By law, they didn’t do their job.

John Doe 23 felt that he and his teammates were constantly being watched by depraved me and that the coaches (Hellickson and Jordan) failed to protect them.
Because they failed, The Dept. treated Dr. Strauss’ behavior as acceptable....
