WeWork has created a grant program for Black businesses. The grant application buries you in mile's worth of legal language but the only section you need to read is the section called OWNERSHIP. For a little $10K grant they want unrestricted rights to your IP.

I'm not at all surprised at the number of people who shrug and say well this is standard boilerplate language as if that makes it ok. This is a $10K grant program!
