The other day I went to the salon to get a treatment. But since the treatment is quite pricey, I minta tips dari hairstylist tu cara jagaan dari rumah.

If you ada masalah rambut gugur, dandruff, oily scalp, maybe you boleh try it out!
Before that, did you know that to achieve a healthy hair, it all started with a healthy scalp. So basically, in this thread I akan focus on scalp care, especially people who always work directly under the sun or a hijabi (head covered almost all day) so that rambut always fresh
1. EXFOLIATE

The hairstylist started with the scalp treatment using exfoliator/scrub and the grains were so small & sangat sangat berangin untuk kepala I.

For precaution; do it 1-2x weekly & depending on your scalp condition (recommended for oily/dry scalp, dandruff, hair fall)
To save cost, I decided to DIY! (ni hasil dari google, but can purchase it dekat kedai)

Recipe Brown sugar and oatmeal scrub:
mix;
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons oatmeal, finely ground
2 tablespoons of a hair conditioner (look for conditioner yg suits scalp)
2. STEAM

If dekat salon, diaorg akan letak the ufo thingy above your head. But since buat dekat rumah, what you can do is by using face towel yang dah disuamkan, then put it on top of your head and cover it with a shower cap or anything that will trap the heat into the hair.
3. SHAMPOO

Always cuci rambut guna cold water & properly cleanse all of the residue especially dekat scalp. Take your time & do it gently. Jangan gonyoh gonyoh okay.

Also, did you know that most of the shampoo dekat drugstore ada ingredients yang terlarang?
4. MASK

Honestly this is my favourite sebab rambut you akan lembut sangat sangat. This step can be done 1-3x per week depending on your hair condition. Pakai hair mask ni senang je sebab leave it on for like 3-5 minutes and youre done.
5. HAIR TONIC

After rinsing the residue of the hair mask, while your hair is damp, letak hair tonic directly on the scalp. The hair tonic can be use daily. Tak shampoo pun takpa sebab dia macam supplement for hair growth.
&that’s that, the whole treatment. Kepala you akan rasa SUPER DUPER fresh and clean. Also, here is some extra tips;

a. watch your dietary. Ambil supplement if needed like vitamins A, B12 & E. Cut off any processed &sugar-rich food, take foods that are high in zinc & magnesium
b. it doesn’t matter nak shampoo berapa kali in a week. It depends on your hair & also penting untuk tengok ingredients dalam shampoo.

A good shampoo wont damage your hair even if it is use on daily basis. Go for all natural shampoo & ditch any that has these ingredients
c. keep in mind that your scalp needs hydration as much as your face. as long as the scalp is well treated and hydrated, you should be fine!
