The only responsible thing is to suspend the program. Fuck any trustee that says this is a challenging decision.

They have a clear choice. Either support the continuation of a secretive program that puts our kids in the justice system. Or do the bare minimum and pause the program.

Because the vote is tied the vote FAILS.
