Well let's just say our country is not Islamic. How can we appoint the syariah laws? We only put the civil laws. It is compulsory for all Muslims to stand with Islamic laws. That is the reason we need the caliphate.

People should follow Islam. Follow Islam not Muslims. ISLAM is perfect, muslims are not. We are humans, we make mistakes. That's why follow Islam, insyaallah we will be on the right tract.

Also put Islam as no 1 in life and race and tradition no 2. Never put race or tradition as the compulsory. That's why people cannot unite as one using race but they can unite by using Islam. This has been proven by history from prophet Muhammad SAW time until the Ottoman era.

A non Islamic country will not implement syariah laws which must be follow by every Muslims. Some majority muslims country implement syariah law but not all.

Its the duty of leaders to be implementing it. As the people, we could only give advice to the leaders to do it.
