3/ Personal Statement & LoRs

- PS: customizable to regions, cities, programs (new!)
- LoR: At least 1 ophthalmologist (previously needed 2, still recommended)

4/ Virtual interviewing:

- 20 max per applicant
- Ensure strong internet, minimal distractions, plan lighting
- Balance eye contact with camera and notes
- Wear pants

5/ Learn about programs

- Check websites and social media
- Program historical data, fellowship match, job placements
- Learn culture by interacting (interview, virtual socials, virtual grand rounds)
