Because at this point I don't know if I'll ever get back to "Do You Want To Fly The Tardis?" I'll reveal one of the biggest twists: since this was a Doctor Who/Disney crossover Elsa and Anna's birthparents were going to be revealed to be Sigyn and Loki.

Odin, fearing their power as hybrids, tried to kill them but Sigyn managed to get them out of Asgard before she died. Odin then forced Frigga to erase Loki's memories of his daughters, lying to his wife about what happened.

The Doctor would figure this out only for Odin to...

...capture him, Elsa, and Anna, revealing he had worked with the other aliens to create the Pandorica, as he feared the Lonely God too.

The finale would have seen Kristoff, Thor, and Loki gathering a ton of former companions and Disney characters to storm the gates of Asgard

Some that would have helped would have been Aladdin, Hercules, Rapunzel, Flynn, Amy and Rory, Jack, River, K-9, and Ace. Also involved would be several Time Lords.

And hell, let's discuss that too!

Another arc would have seen The Doctor encountering a rogue Time Lord...

...The Councilor. He'd started off like the Doctor but at the start of the war was captured by the High Council & forced to regenerate into a more placid and docile form. Except that was a trick...he purposely allowed it to happen so he could be in position to escape the Time War

He escaped by finding the Should-Have-Been-King and convincing him and his army of Meanwhiles and Never-Weres to escape back through the fissure. The Councilor would get the Doctor to free him by offering him what 11 longed for. Three little words:

"I forgive you."

The Councilor would then find Clara and make her his companion and go about saving other Time Lords, starting with the Corsair. These other rogues would have shown up for the final battle
