So make me to understand, for 23 yrs, PPPc governed 592, and between that time, no Local government elections, and working with hammer and nail to erode local government election in the 10 administrative regions....
Was that example of democracy?

Imo, anyone Guyanese or foreign, local or abroad, who has been watching Guyana's affairs, prior to 92, and continuously, then into the Oil Boom, elections 2020, Gecom problemsssss, etc and come to

conclusion that PPPc is for democracy, they are either 1.misinformed, 2.don't know what democracy really means/how functions, or 3. is filled with partiality/and or prejudice.

The PPPc does not stand for Democracy, it's a hijacked Political party.
