Harry Styles: Harry was sexualised by the public at the age of 16. He was sexually touched by an older man. It was also being spiculated that he was forced to hide his sexuality.

Louis Tomlinson: Louis was forced to change his personality. For years he was forced to play this character for the public eye. After One Direction, it took him a lot of time to find himself. He lacked self-confidence.

Liam Payne: Liam was the glue that kept One direction together. He was always there for the boys, but not for himself. During One Direction, he developed severe depression and anxiety. This almost caused him to lose his life.

Zayn Malik: Zayn got little to no sleep while he was in One Direction, and was being very overworked (same with the rest). This was obviously shown in the “This Is Us” movie. He worked so hard, he barely had time to eat and ended up suffering from Anorexia.

Niall Horan: Niall was forced to perform on severe injuries. He broke his knee and wasn’t allowed to miss any tour dates. That’s why he postponed his knee surgery and risked the ability to walk.
