John Maddox runs the Maddox Drive-In and is sexist. Only allows females to work as carhops because "they'll attract more business". Giving more "attractive" girls better shifts. Overall treating females employees as less than compared to male employees.

Zach was never fired. He eventually left on his own accord and was never held accountable for any of the reports that were made to HR (which, by the way, is ran by John's aunt). ALL of the girls who reported him were minors at the time of their assaults.
