TL asleep ? I just realized hore I learnt a lot over the past few months

Made my own lollipops to decorate with (without a candy thermometer)

Made my own caramel at some point.

I now know how to make lemon curd...

I enjoy playing with chocolate and I think my chocolate shards have improved

Never used to like character cakes because I’m still learning how to use fondant but I found a way around it

And I must say these are fun to make

Made tie dye cakes , rainbow cakes, basically played around with colour

Made my first ever tiramisu cake and let me just say:

I will not be making this until I have a nice mixer

Friend of mine also requested “ke batla e tswe di sweets ha re e seha cake”

Anyway we learn every day, maybe I’ll finally take that fondant class

The mosh important lesson I took from all of this is to ask for help / assistance when I need it, I’m blessed with amazing friends they support the hustle to hell and back
