Alrighty everyone time for a thread, and this probably won't get everyone's, but I feel I have to say something. It is no obvious secret that I'm a Sonic Fan. Like a huge fan of Sonic. I've been a fan for 11 years.
It's Sonic's 29th birthday, and people are expecting a reveal soon, and I will not deny so was I. It all started with news of a new project being announced for SXSW, but due to covid-19 we didn't get it. Which is understandable.
Now it is June and everyone and mother's are screaming and hollering about a new game. I understand where you guys are coming from, but y'all been expecting something since March when quarantine was in affect.
This tweet right here is spittin facts.
So technically speaking we did get announcement. It may not be a name reveal, CGI trailer, or anything flashy. But we got something. They are working on something. So please for the love of Christ shut the fuck up, and wait.
Y'all have to understand that people are working from home, and probably don't have the resources needed to show off a project yet since production is slow due to covid-19.
Not only there is a pandemic there are Black Lives at stake. I'm sorry if this thread is depressing to some, but it's the truth. I am a optimist, but together as a fan base to wait.
Tldr: Shut the fuck, and wait were going through some shitty times right now.
