I looked up just one Omni tail number to find more DoD flights have taken place in the past three days, including being airborne at this moment:

While the findings of this article are true, it must be noted that the bulk of what this airline does is not deportations, but military movements for the Pentagon.
This context should be weighted heavily in knowing why they've received this amount of CARES aid.
