I want to tell my cousins story of his sexual assault at the hands of 2 sisters, summer of 2018. I want to tell this story because I was there & everyone swept it under the rug, because they were “2 drunk females”. I’ll be referring to my cousin as “J”.

Summer 2018, every year for the previous 4 years a large group of us gather for Canada day long weekend at White Sands, Sauble Beach, in Ontario, Canada.

This time, we went with some new people & the largest group ever. My cousin J was 25, and a virgin (by choice, his family raised him as a jehovas witness) and he was simply there to have fun, like every year.

This time, from the first day we got there (Friday evening) these 2 females in our group that we never hung out before started talking about how attractive he was, how much they loved his body, etc. They were telling everyone around this. They were drinking a lot-

- and became super sloppy drunk. That night we had a huge party on our camp ground. The second it became dark out, these 2 sisters started following my cousin and I around. All over, to our tent, to my car, etc. They were whistling at him, asking to touch his muscles, etc

This shit became so creepy & legit fucked my cousin up. He was upset, and also drunk, so he didn’t want a part in this. His idea of losing his virginity wasn’t to 2 sloppy sisters opening talking about fucking him.

I put my cousin in my car & locked the doors so he could have a few moments of silence. He needed time to himself. One of the sisters went into my tent while we were playing beer pong, stole my car keys, opened my car and legit tried to drag him out to her tent.

He started yelling at her, calling her a few names I don’t condone, but she was acting insane and rapey. I found out what was happening, got my keys back & snapped on these girls. You know what they said to me? They called me a pussy & my cousin gay.

They started cursing at me, and saying I wasn’t letting them have fun. Saying they just wanted to touch my cousins abs and he’s being a prude. These words came from their mouths.

I finally was able to get my cousin into my tent, he was extremely drunk because he didn’t want a part in any of their shit he wants to pass out. In my tent there were 2 air mattresses, mine & his. I put him in his, and I smoked a joint & went to mine

I suddenly woke up to some weird noises, and one of the sisters was INSIDE OUR TENT in my cousins bed with him, with her hand down his pants. I lost my absolute mind and he wasn’t coherent. He was trying to slap her hands away but she legit wasn’t stopping.

I went outside, got one of my female friends that didn’t take shit from anyone, and she went inside, dragged this bitch out & brought her to her friends. The girl was screaming saying we were the ones harassing her. I was at a loss for words.

We finally got the situation under control at 5 am. These 2 sisters went to their tent, didn’t even make it all the ways inside, and passed out half way in, half way out. We told their female friends what happened & they truly didn’t care. After that no one spoke of it again.

My cousin changed after that weekend. He became more anti social, and didn’t want to be around me or anyone. These 2 girls be littled him all while trying to have their way with him because they found him attractive. I’ll never forgive them.

If you’re a man, it’s okay to come out about abuse, sexual assault, rape etc. There will be a day when I come out about what happened to me, me saying this is already huge because I never thought I’d ever come forward, but I feel like it’s only a matter of time.
