You would think that taking one personal finance class in the 9th grade would set your priorities straight... right?
Wrong. I took the traditional route after graduation and drowned myself in student debt for a degree I never finished.
Fast forward a few years later, Iāve managed to bring my $30,000 student debt down to $12,000... but not without financing a new car I currently owe $17,000 on.
My car was financed for around $28,000 in September of 2019...
Meaning Iāve paid off $11,000 since then.
By October 2021, all my debts (to include my auto loan) will be paid off because of the plan I have set for myself.

Thereās multiple ways to tackle debt.
My way is to focus on the largest balances with the highest interest rates, and paying them down in $500 increments with each paycheck.
Any bonus, tax refund, etc that Iām set to receive will also be thrown at these balances.

But at the same time, I canāt allow my retirement to be placed on the backburner.

The point of this thread is to merely introduce Asset Acquirers as a resource for both those who are transitioning from liabilities to assets as well as those who have already acquired assets yet are open to additional ways to create and maintain wealth.
