1. Can we reply since it only mentions "mention" and "quote tweets"?
— No, you can't reply as it falls under mentions. Anything mentab related, except for retweeting.

2. Can we reply to ourselves?
— Yes you may, but I don't think you're going to reply to yourself as much.

3. Can we mention newcomers?
— Yes you may, but they cannot reply you as it is no mention day. We will give exceptions for welcoming newcomers as we want everyone to be welcomed in this place.

4. Can we do our thread?
— Yes you may. No explanation needed.

5. Can we do dedications?
— Yes you may, but do not abuse using dedications to mention someone.

6. Can we retweet?
— Yes you may retweet, but you cannot quote retweet.

7. Can we qrt/reply base or misc?
— Yes you may, but do not flood our notifs.

8. Can we qrt/reply during games?
— Yes you may, as long as the game requires you to do so (ex. mafia lynching, 10 lives thread, spyfall thread, paranoia thread, top 3 thread, and so on).

9. When does nmd start and end?
— It happens every Thursday from 12:00 AM KST until 11:59 PM KST.

10. If we get one dare, are we free the whole day?
— No. One mention/qrt is equal to one dare.
