try getting a calendar. becoming more organized is the first step to a less stressful day or even life.
sleep! sleep is the key, at least 7-9 hours of sleep is recommended among most and having a good nights rest can lead to a productive, more happy day
cleaning is almost therapeutic, for me at least. try cleaning your room before you start your day, that way your work space is clear of mess and you won’t have to worry about it later on
mediation! try and mediate after you wake up in the morning. if you haven’t tried it before there’s tons of tutorials on youtube to get you started. light your favorite scented candle and relax!
put on an outfit that makes you feel good, and motivated. we are all stuck in the house right now so, dress as if you’re going out. or even then if you’re just going to grocery store, dress up!!
baking is, calming almost. try and find a recipe online that you like and spend your evening baking away and just have fun with it.
and to end your night, make a nice bath filled to the brim with bubbles. add some bath salts, light some candles maybe even dim the lights and wind down. perhaps get a glass of wine and just breathe.
